Health and health-promoting tourism has been a promising trend in the regional tourism for many years, based on the spa municipalities: Busko-Zdrój and Solec-Zdrój, which for over 200 years have been hosting guests from Poland and abroad. The strength of this tourism branch lies in abundant deposits of healing sulphide and iodide-bromide waters. The region is also famous for its locally produced “Buskowianka”, natural mineral water  – one of the most recognizable products from Świętokrzyskie.
